Marantz 2285 Receiver (1977)

The Marantz 2285 (and slightly modified 2285B pictured below) were the most powerful in the long range of 22xx series of Marantz silver face receivers in the 1970's.    It features a sensitive FM tuner, a highly selective AM tuner, a low distortion preamplifier, and two direct coupled power amplifiers on a single chassis, while retaining a flexibility comparable to that achieved using separate components.

Sansui 8 Deluxe Receiver (1973)

The Sansui 8 Deluxe was the top end of the series consisting of the Sansui 6, 7, 8 and finally this 8 Deluxe.  It's power output was 60 watts per channel RMS into 8 ohms or 80 watts per channel into 4 ohms.  The Eight Deluxe offered a speaker protection relay over the standard Sansui Eight, as well as a higher power output.

Kenwood KR-11000GX

This is the European version of the more well known KR-11000G and the Model Eleven G.  The major differences being that these often featured switchable 110v, 220v transformers and the black faceplate.  The KR-11000GX was a popular purchase for military personnel on overseas bases in Europe.
